Test bench for liquid nozzles

The stand is a single unique product designed and manufactured manually for each specific case. Despite this, we guarantee the durability of each stand. The stand installed in our laboratory has been working perfectly for more than 15 years.

Test bench operation

The test bench can spray into the storage tank and into the drip reciver. We recommend testing the nozzles in the storage tank if it is necessary to perform calibration without controlling the uniformity and shape of the torch. Tests in the drip receiver are carried out when it is necessary to control the uniformity of the geometry of the spray torch, the angle of opening of the spray torch, the size of the droplets and the behavior of the torch, depending on the height of the nozzle installation.
